The service
CloseChase helps bookkeeping firms organize monthly document requests, review checklist status and prepare manual follow-up messages. It is an early-access product operated by the team reachable at sevenseaofstudio@gmail.com. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, debt-collection or financial advice.
Your responsibilities
Enter information you are authorized to use. Confirm the intended client before sharing a checklist link or sending a reminder. Review documents in their original location. “Approved” is your own review assertion; “ready to start” means all checklist items have that status and is not a certification of accuracy or completion of bookkeeping.
Free pilot and future pricing
The launch pilot is free. Razorpay merchant setup is pending and live charges are disabled. When enabled, the Starter INR plan is ₹1,499 monthly for up to 12 billing cycles, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. A subscription requires a separate purchase decision and authorization on Razorpay. Test mode takes no real payment. Read the cancellation and refund policy before subscribing.

Availability and backups
The service may change or be interrupted during early access. Keep copies of essential records and export backups regularly. Do not rely on a checklist as the sole control for a statutory or contractual deadline. There is no automatic email delivery, multi-user team access or document storage in this release.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, deceptive messages, unlawful content or unauthorized access. Do not place passwords, access credentials or sensitive financial documents in client-visible notes. You remain responsible for permissions on external folders and the accuracy of your content.
Leaving and contacting us
You can stop using the service at any time and export your data. Contact sevenseaofstudio@gmail.com to request deletion, report an issue or ask about these terms. Nothing in this notice is intended to override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
