Cancellation and refund information. Updated 2 November 2026.

Current launch status

The pilot is free. Razorpay checkout is unavailable until merchant setup is complete. Test-mode checkout, when enabled, takes no real payment. The following policy describes the prepared Starter subscription.

Monthly subscription

Starter is an INR subscription at ₹1,499 per month, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout, for up to 12 billing cycles. This is monthly billing, not a requirement to purchase all 12 months. After completion, a new subscription needs a new authorization. Payment authorization takes place on Razorpay.

Cancel future payments

Open Your subscription, confirm cancellation, and refresh its status. During a paid current period, cancellation is requested at the period’s end. An unstarted subscription can be cancelled immediately. If Razorpay cannot confirm cancellation, the page shows an error; contact support before the next scheduled payment. Closing your browser or deleting a bookmark does not cancel a subscription.

Access after cancellation

Already paid access continues through the current paid period. After that, new edits and client submissions require an active subscription when paid plans are enabled. Reading records, exporting backups and reports, and revoking shared links remain available.

Refund requests

Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already made. For duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges, or a service problem, email sevenseaofstudio@gmail.com with your account email, payment reference and the issue. Do not send payment credentials. Requests are reviewed individually; any approved refund is processed through the original payment provider. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Service delivery

CloseChase is delivered online. Paid access begins only after server verification of an active, paid subscription. There is no physical shipping. Contact support if a successful payment is not reflected after refreshing billing.
