CLOSECHASE · EARLY ACCESS

Privacy, in plain language.

What the early-access product stores, and what stays with you. Updated 2 November 2026.

Who operates this service

CloseChase is an independent early-access project. Contact the operator at sevenseaofstudio@gmail.com for privacy, access or deletion requests.

Information stored in your workspace

Saved workspaces use Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication. Google and Firebase process your sign-in under their own privacy policies. CloseChase receives an account identifier, email address and, when available, display name. Your stable account identifier separates your saved workspace from other accounts. An essential secure session cookie keeps you signed in for the verified token lifetime, up to one hour; signing out clears it.

We store the client names, email addresses, phone numbers, document-folder links, checklist labels, statuses, client-visible notes and reminder logs that you enter. Records are stored in the hosting platform’s Cloudflare D1 database. Do not place identity documents, bank details, passwords or raw financial records in notes.

Documents and client links

CloseChase does not upload or store source documents. A folder link leads to the provider you choose; that provider controls document access and has its own privacy terms. We do not change folder permissions.

Client links reveal only the associated client name, firm name, month, due date, checklist, notes and folder link. Anyone who receives the link can view those details and mark items as sent. Link tokens expire after 30 days, can be revoked, and are stored as hashes. Never share links publicly.

Messages, analytics and advertising

Reminder drafts are sent only when you choose to send them in your email or WhatsApp application. Opening a draft transfers the text to that chosen application. CloseChase does not monitor delivery or read replies. No analytics, advertising scripts or AI APIs run inside the workspace or client checklist.

The public CloseChase Guides website is a separate origin with its own privacy notice. Hosting providers may process technical logs to operate the service. The demo uses fictional data and keeps changes in memory until you reload.

Subscription and payment records

When Razorpay billing is enabled, we store a subscription reference, test or live mode, payment status, billing-period end and cancellation status against your signed-in account. We send Razorpay a random workspace reference and the selected plan, not your client records. You enter payment information directly with Razorpay; CloseChase does not store card details, bank credentials or one-time codes. Razorpay processes payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. Signed payment notifications update your subscription status.

Retention and your choices

Saved workspace records remain until replaced or removed by the operator following a verified request. Archiving a client is reversible and retains existing records. You can download a backup or monthly report. To delete an account’s saved data, contact support from the sign-in email; we will verify the request and explain what can be removed and any applicable retention limits. Exported files and copies held by recipients are outside this service’s control.

Early-access limits

The service is not represented as independently audited, certified or suitable for every regulated workflow. Use it for operational tracking, keep original documents in an appropriate storage system, and maintain your own backups. We will update this notice before material changes to collection or use.
